Where was this exhibit?
Fairfield, Ihio, in the Oscar Event Center next to Jungle Jim's International Market. The market itself is amazing, check it out, www.junglejims.com. They host the Weekend of Fire every year at the and of July. It's always a lot of fun, and the show is growing each year.

I had defcon 1 on zuchinni cakes last night. It was very tasty. The mudflap rub is very good on popcorn. That is all I have tried so far. I'm hoping to make some more things this weekend. I can see Defcon being used on about everything though.

The little black bottle is "The Jester"

So far I've opened two of the Crazy Uncle Jester's items and the DiChickO's Peri Peri.

The C.U.J. Select Reserve is THE BOMB! Has a great Caribbean kind of flavor along with some massive fire. "The Jester" extract is also extremely impressive. I took it with me to work the other day and put a few drops in a ramekin of BBQ sauce at lunch...... Holy mother of GOD, it's hot! But it actually tastes good for an extract. It seems much less effective tasting it straight up. When you put it in something like a sauce where it can spread around it just goes BOOM! :hell:

The DiChickO's Peri Peri was something my girlfriend's 8 year old son picked out and paid for. It's got a strange flavor, but it's good. I actually didn't care for it much on chicken but I can't wait to marinade some jumbo shrimp or a slab of salmon and throw it on the grill. I think it'll be perfect with seafood.
