Had a friend staying with me while I was making myself one of my favorite snacks... super hot sauce poured into the pit indent of an avocado and diving in with a big spoon.
Friend seemed to think that was very strange. But! I'm never gonna give this up, never gonna put the spoon down. It's too delicious.

Not all that weird, but I made an ice cream sundae once with Sea Monster's "Danger Berry" - strawberry habanero hot sauce. Turned out quite good.

There's a Peruvian dish called Palta Rellena which is basically just a stuffed avocado with some sort of cold meat salad (chicken salad, tuna salad, shrimp salad, etc). They're super simple to make at home and I do love those with hot sauces.

I use this specific Hab Ginger sauce sometimes instead of tobasco sauce on fresh oysters i shuck (they have this sauce at Whole Foods for me and i get $1 per oyster [if buy a dozen] oysters at Whole Foods on Fridays [if you are a Amazon Prime member]).

I think it tastes great with oysters (prob tried 20 different sauces over the past couple years on oysters).

Mayo and Tabasco chipotle is fantastic with chicken cutlets. I must remember to try mixing mayo with chipotle in adobo, as @Bou suggested.

I'm not a ketchup guy, but Encona Carolina Reaper is a sort of ketchup I'd happily buy again!
