You know, I have been here so long that I don't pay attention too much to the welcome threads anymore. There are so many that come and go that I wait until I meet someone directly, or they have been here a bit, but I commend you on this post because it is spot on. Welcome to all the new members. Use and enjoy this place all you can, take what you want, and add what you can.
 
I was a lurker for so long and really didn't think much of joining. But when I did the benifet became apparent. Wealth of knowledge on here and let's not forget the generosity. I was taken care of by many in getting started. Now i do more giving than accepting and thats what its all about. Welcome new members :)
