Greetings from west, Ky. .I hope all is well. Seems like it should be a great outdoor growing season around here since the weather has been so dry with lots of heat. I just got signed up on this site, but i have been reading your posts for a few weeks. I am an outdoor gardener and grow a few different things, mainly tomatos and peppers, thats my fav, my garden is about 37x50 and adding on. I tried last year a few times to get the fermentation going on with my habs and other hot peppers, but i got scared when i saw the white stuff forming. This year a plan on using the ph stripes and tips from yall to be Successful this year. I am only growig a few different types this year, habs, jalapeno, cayennes, and a pinta? cayenne, hot bananna, and the ghost pepper, plus my bells. HOWEVER, next year it is on. I am ordering a bigger variety with lots of heat. Not sure exactly what all yet, thats what i am planning to learn from others on here. And a cheap indoor system to start them early to get out in the ground. SO, all info on fermentation, growing tips, best tasting with heat peppers, recipes, everything let me know. Kind of excited people !!!
