What Baccatum is this..?

That looks like Aji Chinchi Amarillo. Seeds were available at a number of big vendors the last few years. I got mine from Southern Exposure, majority of pods identical to your measurements. I grew them in 2018 and have seedlings indoors right now for this year, 8 from saved seeds and 8 retail for comparison.
 
There is also a smaller version of the Aji Amarillo, but I don't think that is what you have. My Chinchi fruit was a more yellow-orange than the deep red-orange I get in a ripe Aji Amarillo, both regular or small cultivars.
