Not sure what to call this. Jambalaya, but Mexican inspired. Spanish style rice with field roast "chipotle" sausage. Topped with fresh tomatoes, cheese, avocado, sour cream and hot sauce. Whatever it is. I'm addicted. Ate three bowls
Yeah pretty much. I cooked the sausage, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers with the rice. Like you would a jambalaya. Then topped like a burrito bowl with sliced sausage instead of ground.
