Another regular reoccurring breakfast. Simple egg fried rice. The trick to perfect fried rice is soaking for 30 min then making your rice the night before and refrigerating it. Fried with garlic soy and Ginger and fresh yard eggs. Topped with sambal. Yum!
Morning Star bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on toasted white. Ghost pepper sauce from Poirier's
Baked penne with "spicy" impossible sausage and bell peppers in marinara. smothered in parmesan and mozzarella. Going to be using truffle fire sauce from seed ranch.

I love it when dinner is already made when I get home. Utilizing left over chili. My wife made baked chili mac topped with jalapenos from the garden. Time to crack a beer and relax.
More food featuring garden fresh jalapenos. Made some poppers with cream cheese and pimento cheese then broiled till browned. Ate em with beyond burgers that we added fresh garlic and red onion to the burgers.
This is by far my favorite plant-based breakfast sausage links.

I could eat chili once a week all year long. Best part is knowing the leftovers will either be tomorrow's breakfast or tonight's chili-mac. Or both. Ate mine with cheese, Fritos and black garlic reaper sauce.
Tried a store bought stir fry sauce since it was on sale. Fried tofu lightly battered in corn starch. White rice and stir fried broccoli, baby carrots, asparagus, mushrooms and cashews. Needless to say. Everyone loved it so, we will be using it again.
