I personally like em all! But Fatalli and cumari are a couple of favs,
as far as sauces I like Jamaican scotch bonnet, 7 pot, Trinidad Scorpion,
and cayenne!

I like the Thai Hot Cherry and also Jalapeno. If i want more heat i will go with the 7 and the Fatalii.

Hey Fire Angel, is that anywhere near Copeland? worked on a harvest crew in the states for 2 years and spent most of my time in Kansas, kiowa also(um I think thats how u spell it). would like to get back there 1 day! From Australia but loved traveling around the States!

Nice recipe! It sounds like the maters version of a Quiche Lorraine. And yes, I'd prefer sour cream to mayo too.
