favorite What is your favorite pepper in terms of taste (doesn't need to be super hot)?

For sweet peppers I'd have to say Kapijas and Pimientos like the Hungarian "Tomato" pepper.  For hot Annuums I keep coming back to Korean Gochus and Ancho Mulatos. The jury's still out on Frutascens and Baccatums, but so far my favorite Chinense is the Yellow 7-pot. It has a sweet, fruity flavor for about 20 seconds before the considerable heat hits... :mouthonfire:

Was the Chocolate Habanero  :fireball:
Now the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet  :onfire:

Who knows which one will be calling to me next?

Caribbean Reds and these little mystery sweet peppers they sell at our local Wal-Mart.

Edit: After trying these Reapers, they rank right up there! Can't wait for some fresh ones later this year.
