I try to balance a mix of taste (irrespective of heat), heat (respective of taste!), and plants/pods that I plain just find interesting and that are usually unique in some way (irrespective of both taste and heat).

ATM I am searching for a set of varieties to grow every season that meet the following criteria: great tasting, highly productive, the ability to grow well in my climate, and that covers a broad spectrum of heat levels (from the completely heat-less to the extremely hot).

I have 20% Not Hot because I love to eat NuMex and Bells stuffed with meat and cheese.
I have 40% Hot because they are gread for every day eating and putting in stuffed pepper mix or salsa.
And 40% Supers for things like Powders, Sauces, conversation starters, giving to friends, or just when I get the urge to burn my face off.

As you can tell I like variety, I also grow numerous other veggies and plants.
