What is your ratio of plants your growing?

As in

Do you have more bells and no heats than low and mid heats or superhots

or do you have more low heats than anything

or mid heats

or super hots

etc etc... i think ya get the point

I hope to grow some super hots some day. I grow Jalapeno for the most part.

I have

80% jalapeno so mild/hot

20% Cayenne/thai which are about mid/hot

I try to balance a mix of taste (irrespective of heat), heat (respective of taste!), and plants/pods that I plain just find interesting and that are usually unique in some way (irrespective of both taste and heat).

ATM I am searching for a set of varieties to grow every season that meet the following criteria: great tasting, highly productive, the ability to grow well in my climate, and that covers a broad spectrum of heat levels (from the completely heat-less to the extremely hot).

20% supers
20% very hot
30% hot
20% medium
10% mild

rough guess anyways... lol

At least that's where I was trying to get to ;)

I've got one super hot. I've got a handful of bonnets and habanaros. 15 sweet/mild peppers. And about 12 hot peppers of other inclinations.

4 Hungarian Wax
4 cayenne
4 Thai dragon
1 orange thai
4 habanero
2 jalapeño
1 black jalapeño
1 hot Peter
1 scotch bonnet
1 mulatto
6 serano
6 cubanella
1 king of the north
1 garden sunshine
1 new ace hybrid
1 banana
1 cowhorn
1 bhut jolokia

I have 20% Not Hot because I love to eat NuMex and Bells stuffed with meat and cheese.
I have 40% Hot because they are gread for every day eating and putting in stuffed pepper mix or salsa.
And 40% Supers for things like Powders, Sauces, conversation starters, giving to friends, or just when I get the urge to burn my face off.

As you can tell I like variety, I also grow numerous other veggies and plants.

3 Ugandan Red Habs
3 Fatalii
3 Chocolate Habs
3 Bhut Jolokia
8 Orange Habs
4 Red Savina
6 Anaheim
4 Bell

Also about 30 heirloom tomatoes, garlic, and many other veggies.
