A proper taco is on two warm corn tortillas.
Al pastor, carne asada, carne enchilada, fish taco, or whatever you like.
Gimme a lime wedge for squeezin', pickled onions, pickled jalapenos, possibly shredded cabbage, and hot sauce/salsa.

Don't forget the grill-charred jalapeno & radish on the side! :dance: All I need is the warm corn tortillas, hot sauce, chopped white onion & whatever carne floats my boat that day. living in CA we have taco trucks everywhere - $1 a taco usually. Mmmmmmmmmmm so spoiled!
