I think we need a picture or at least some ingredients. We'd hate to foster false advertising. And Cajun, from Va???? I hope your last name rhymes with O. :)

There isn't a picture because the name hasn't been chosen. It's my mildest hot sauce using cayenne pepper and my spice blend. And yes I'm Cajun, just transfered to VA grew up in the New Orleans area.

Rage'n Cajun would be closest fitting to a lower end heat then.
