food-bev what to do with leftovers

Fresh bagette
Mayo, S&P
Turkey
The ripest tomato slices
Arugula
The sharpest white cheddar
Pickled jalapenos or cherry peppers
 
 
Sliced bread
Mayo, S&P
Turkey
Stuffing
Cranberry sauce
Fresh superhots sliced thin
 
Slow cook some left over turkey in gravy with added water until tender and thick again.  Hollow out a sub bottom and fill with the turkey/gravy.  Top the turkey with stuffing and cheese sauce.  Turkey hole that sheeit and finish with a beer.
 
I would add smoked jal powder to it .. straight up then heat in the microwave.. add to some bread tomato lettace mayo/mirclewhip and spicey mustard... yumm
 
if you have a sandwich maker, make whats called mountain pies
 
take a slice of your favorite bread, take some your left overs put some down on the first slice, add your favorite hot peppers or hot sauce or even powder or salsa put down a little more left overs, close up with another slice and bake

Quesadillas.  Turkey, filling, cranberry sauce, peppers in tortillas.  Whatever cheese you like.  I prefer Monterey Jack.  Bake until done, then top with gravy if you like.

I have these as leftovers (gnocchi di zucca) from yesterday, but i'm planning to eat them as they are, since that stuff becomes better if you wait! :D
