Me neither, I was just using those chains as an example that chile literally goes on everything in NM, even BS fast food chains.

If you ever go to NM, I can point you in the direction of the best restaurants in the state.

I wish I could do the same, but I have the palate of a 2 year old. Pointing out a good restaurant here, would be a tough one for me.

The first place I hit up when I go to burque is Taquería México. I get a chile relleno burrito, a barbacoa torta, and a bowl of menudo. Always hits the spot.
It's downtown, located off I25 on the way in from the airport.
