It appears JT has abandoned me/us? It's happened before, but never give up on the Guy! He might still amaze and delight us! NEVER, NEBER, NVERE\ NERVER; NEBRERSH give up! ;)
 
Tonight's dinner;
 
 
 
hers:  (she didn't want spicy :rolleyes:  )  teriyaki, pineapple juice, garlic, Kraken 94 proof rum, and shallots (marinade was reduced to a finishing sauce) served with green beans with mushrooms and sage stuffing

Mine: 
marinade made with worcestershire, aji panca powder,  and this dry sriaracha rub i've been working on that i have been using mostly for chicken, (red jalapeno powder, red hatch powder, aji panca powder, Vinegar powder, my smoked serranos that everyone loves, confectioners sugar, along with garlic powder dehydrated shallot powder,and alderwood smoked sea salt) and RUM - Kraken 94 proof rum !  stuffing was finished with a light dusting of red rocoto powder
