LOL

+32c in shade right now, supposed to go up to 37c this week, sever heat warning on the forecast. Even with the Rain last night this afternoon its dry. We normally don't get the high heat around 40c till August, but Ive noticed things are shifting backwards, so maybe July will be the scorcher :(

Brutal late June temps....

There is relief in sight (literally!) in the form of monsoonal moisture creeping up from the SE.  Storms fired within about 20 miles of Tucson today.  Give it another week or two and we'll hopefully be rolling in thunderstorms and something called "rain."  :)

Last week 100+ all week or the next 10 days upper 90's. Not the best weather for peppers but my shade cloth is helping the peppers under it and they are doing well.

Were being baked during the day and the nights are cool, now the nights going to 4c reported for Monday, 7c tonight, Highs 35c. Start preping my garage.

Scrambling to finish my porch, need to bring my plants in soon, going near zero, we already have been near zero but its short enough to not hurt them but now its regular and longer cooler nights.

Speaking of weather, we had a shit summer in Niagara Falls.  So much rain, not much heat, many overcast days.

But now that summer is officially over, we're dealing with the longest streak of 80+ degree days that we've had all year.

lol, we had frost last night, white here and their, zuccini leaves flat etc.
Wow, that sucks. I'm hoping we don't get hit with frost for another month or so. Last year I was still picking ripe rocoto in mid November, but that was an unusually late frost

The 10-day forecast is predicting lows in the 50s, but if you look at the wundergroud calendar the predicted temperatures fall to the 30s when the forecast cuts out and the averages take over.
Is the southeast having an exceptionally hot fall? maybe because of the active hurricane season?
