where to buy dried chile pods

I know most of you here grow plenty of chiles & dry your own, but if any of you also buy dried chile pods from somewhere.

where is the best places to buy them from & have a decent selection to choose from & I dont mean just the basic chiles example jalapenos/orange hab, I mean more exotics like fatalii, bhuts, other types of habs etc....
I'm running into a dead end as for who sells them & what they sell (most sell the basic crap)

I'd prefer dried pods but powder might still be of interest to me.

So true! in Germany you have to be grateful if you find unidentified chinense in local Asia shops. Without my growing chilihead network I'd have only Jalapeno, Orange Hab, Anaheim and Serrano seeds.
