powder-flake White powder on plants

Anyone have an idea what this white powder might be that is covering my plants?

That was about 7am this morning with more coming down.

Looks pretty, but i like being able to go out in shorts and no shirt to work in the pepper patch. 87 here or so. I have flowers still popping and loads of peppers ripening.

I think thats the new fertilizer I ordered...its going to be delivered here tomorrow. I only ordered an inch worth though!

I've seen it once before somewhere, but can't quite remember what it was!!

I've seen it before and thought we eradicated it!
it's crystal mold, once removed your plants will be mushy and wilted - they won't recover, sorry.
look on the bright side, you get to start new seeds.

It looks like hell, just thought hell was something with flames and it was hot there.
