Whitefly infestation on my Beech tree!

Hi guys

I got home from work yesterday and noticed I'm INFESTED with whiteflies. There's just on the Beech tree right now, but my garden is only 20 feet away.

I'm looking at alternatives, and I might try this:

Anyone have any experience getting rid of whiteflies? I couldn't POSSIBLY neem the tree - It's like 40 feet tall, and as far up as I can see (with good eyesight) the bottom of every leaf is covered in whiteflies.
 
after reading this about your whiteflys i went outside to look at my plants and guess what.... i found two damn whitefly's on my pepper plants and a bunch more aphids i guess it is time to mix up a batch of neem and this time i am spraying everything outside that is green .... Damn bugs
 
Bump.

I've got 18,000 ladybugs and some Neem coming in the mail - should be in Wednesday. I've read some literature on releasing them (release in batches, refrigerate them first, and water the garden a couple hours before).

Anyone ever release butterflies? Any suggestions?

Also, if they don't get rid of the whiteflies, what else can I do?
