can anybody identify this type of pepper ?
when i was living in Hawaii for a few months they were growing these at the place i stayed at.
they called them "Hawaiian Hot Peppers", but im not sure if thats a nickname or the real name.
they are a pretty abundant bush. & are pretty hot, but not waay up there. i'd guess maybe 50,000 scoville ? idk.

or could be this, just the hawaiian red (you may have to click (H) on the left of the screen)

& also is that a good site to order from ?
is it legit ?

I have not ordered from them personally, but several THP members have. From what I remember they were a fairly good place to deal with. One things for sure, they have a large variety to choose from.

pepperjoe, pepperlover and peppermainia i just remember.

you can call anything you want, they are not Hawaiian Kona Red Peepers. the Hawaiian peppers grow down and are very HOT!! sweet hawaiian is bigger and the only two from here. Have seeds and plants of the Kona Red HOT like hell. there is a lot of different peppers here from other country's

HawaiiAl, do they sell those in the Hilo or Kona, farmers markets? I made the mistake of eating one (bought from Hilo) 5 minutes before a helicopter ride 50 minutes over the volcano. I was done (nausea) half way thru. I made it though. I am growing the one called Hawaiian chile from the Univerity of Hawaii ctahr, which they don't describe as annuum or frutescens if I remember correctly. I've also got the Hawaiian Sweet Hot from Peppermainia going. I doubt that is what you have.
