I just left PA and the deer where everywhere on the 30 acres I stayed on. I still saw a buck tending and chasing doe so good luck!
 
Some elk tenderloin and rice for my birthday lunch. This was my second one it was so good.

No luck this year.  I passed on the same buck twice the first daym a small six point with a broken horn.  I saw two more bucks later in the week and both were too small.  Luckily, I was frugal with the meat from last years's buck.

Just too small for your own taste? You only need 3 points there....
 
The six  with the broken horn was because it was the first day.  The others were not three on a side near as I could tell.
 
Nice. Been wanting to get one of those. Expensive though. I'm still using the old hand cranker with the attachment when I make sausage.

This one was not bad for the money. Something like $120usd from amazon. Commercial quality with a 7lb capacity in the hopper. Comes with 4 different sized attachments and I fully intend to use it for more than the elk in my freezer.

Not too bad. The ones I looked at were at bass pro shop. Bass pro prices are not that great.

I have the LEM S/S Mighty Bite and it makes stuffing a breeze.
Looks like yours has a similar base. Typically a two person job... One to crank and hold the machine and the other to guide.
Just a suggestion, but I'd recommend buying 4 suction cups with 1/4" studs to put on the base.
You'll turn a three hand job into a one hand sausage cranking, one hand sausage guiding machine.


Side note... So many signature line possibilities there. Let me know if you need help. :)

All excellent suggestions, I'm definitely all ears and would definitely like some more input on how to attach those suction cups.
