Beats the hell outta me too, Maybe everyone already has all these varieties.

I'd be so down for this save I'm out of room in all the beds and have no more containers to plant any other peppers.  In all likelihood I'm set for 2015 AND 2016 with all the good lovin the THP community has brought my way in the last 6 months.  ;)

An excellent offer from yet another great THP member.  Pepper people ROCK!

What about 2017?

I have wilds but likely won't be able to spare seeds until after the 2015 harvest.  I'll sit out this train for now since I'm overwhelmed for next season as it is.  If the train is still going and I have more wild seed stock to add I'll be glad to do so.

Oh, I'll get in. I'll give much more than I take. Thanks.

Question though- if it's taken a month to get 8 riders, would it be best to cut it down- 15 spots, let's say, instead of 25? Just asking. It's your deal & I am appreciative to be aboard.

I hate to be pushy but I have another suggestion too... why not go ahead & let the train leave the station? With 9 riders now, it'll take quite awhile to get to the end of those 9 & the others could fill in as the train is moving. Again, your rules & I don't want to step on toes.

That's a good point.

Because prior to reducing the size of the train, I had allotted myself time to get everything in order. And at the rate the train was filling, this seemed to be a rather significant amount of time.
Now it is not.

Super. I didn't see that there were other new folks so it's almost full now. AMAZED at how full the train is starting out. Thanks so much!

UPDATE!!!

2 open spots left.!

I made some changes on page one. edits will be in red. I am also going to edit the seed list at some point as I have spent the last several hours creating packets. 129 varieties strong as of now and a SFRB is pretty FULL. I will post a pic later.
I seem to have misplaced some seeds or just did not mark them when I de-seeded pods. I will have to grow them out this year to re-identify them. Unfortunately, among them was the Pimenta de neyde, of which I had a reasonable nice harvest.

Most of the seed packets that originate from me are 2"x1.5" apple bag and are identified by a letter/ number on a round sticker affixed to the inside of the packet to eliminate to potential for loss. Letter prefix S for sweet pepper and H for hot and a 1 - 3 digit #. I will provide a cross reference in Excel spreadsheet. Yes, I do realize this could be a little more time consuming for the recipient, but it would have been forever for me to write all the names out. Next round I am looking into printing labels. But til then, Sorry.

It has come to my attention that other seed trains are coming under attack by hitchhiking edible products such as powders and sauce samples. I have no issue with chili powder samples providing they are keep to individual sample size. example, 1/2 -1 tsp in a 2015 bag ea. this amounts to about the volume and weight of a seed packet. as I stated before the SFRB is very full b4 anyone else even contributes to it.

Now, about the seeds. Over 150 varieties some with ample amounts and some such as a few wilds have literally, only a few.  I would suggest that anyone relatively new to growing and want to try wild peppers to ask questions and do research on the available selections and then make their selections based against their experience and the difficulty of the pepper. If I were to make a suggestion that would serve as encouragement to get into wilds, it would be to try the cumari do para. This is a very easy to grow wild/semi wild chinense that puts out a lot of fruit and will not disappoint you in taste or heat. Other than that, I want  to thank jblo for his contribution of wilds early in the development of this train.
