As for hosting, I use my own private domain, left over from when we did dial up Internet. I still have enough customers who wish to keep their old email addresses, after closing the ISP 9 years ago, to cover our costs..AKA free for us
But look into the THP charges, or shop around and get your own domain, garywindchicken.com is open. Type "domain search" into google and look what godaddy has to offer...this way they can never take your pics down, cuz they want to...
