you can make wine out of naything ..good wine mabe not .. if you make red put it down in the cellar for at least a year if you are impatient ..make white wine it's ready 2-4 weeks after you bottle it ..
I grew up in the vinyard district of Niagara and we used to make wine in highschool from ...... ahem ..... '' freely aquired '' grapes .....crushem , ferment'em and wait till the fizzing stops .. but we were not making sipping wine, we were trying[ and succeeding ] to get plastered .
