Ok steak rubbed, my ma loves this stuff already and a co-worker wants to take it home! I have to wait a whole hour and a half before i can cook these puppies up. Yes i AM at work!

Glad everything made it there safely and intact. There were some small amounts of powders in both of those rubs, but they neither are hot at all. They are just basic rubs. When I want it hot I use them and add more powders to them. You'll have to let me know what you think of the sauce.
