Went to a BBQ competition a few weeks ago. A team called The Shed (a restaurant in Mississippi) used this as their smoker. IIRC, the front wheels are used to control the dampers. Gives a Woodie a whole new meaning and purpose.

This was a dual-sanctioned event; KCBS and MBN. In MBN, they finished 1st in the Whole Hog category and were the overall Grand Champions of the event. They finished 7th overall in the KCBS competition. (KCBS doesn't have a Whole Hog category)

Was fortunate enough to get a taste of this hog. It was outstanding and heads above the other entries. Well deserved win for The Shed.
 
They sell the Shed's sauce at my local Winn Dixie. I tried it once and have to admit, it's pretty doggone tasty. I tend to never try stuff with peoples' names on it, especially when they have a TV show, but I was glad I tried theirs.
