Looks like a bad case of aphids. Ladybugs work great for getting rid of them.

+1 Aphids... A combo of Ladybugs and neem oil will work wonders on getting rid of it.

Those bastards destroyed my squash crop this year.  But (knock on wood) they never made it over to my peppers

Just bought me some lady bugs.

i pulled off the worst few leaves and threw em far far away when i had this problem earlier.

Whilst waiting for your lady bugs to arrive i suggest the use of temporary measures to control those aphids. They will suck the life out of your plants.

Also sprayed them down with a dish soap cocktail...waiting for ladybugs...

Dish soap cocktail, they make a spray that kills them and yeah the lady bugs will do wonders.

you should raise the lady bugs, the younger stage of them are really hungry and go nuts on those aphids, the adults too but  not like the younger ones, i would use insecticidal soap and some neem oil for now.

I have released the Ladybugs!

Hopefully they will lay some eggs and they stick around! Will neem hurt these little ladies?
