Hello all, I'm from the Northern Rivers of New South Wales Australia.
I'm very much into BBQ and use smokers, kettles, gas grills, spits and cold smokers.
That has led me to here, Talking about a favorite little fruit of mine.
Ive been lurking a few days and cant wait to get stuck into some of the sauces posted hereabouts.
I grow the standard mundane Jalapenos, Ceyans and Habaneros.
This is great for day to day cooking taking into account that I have to cook for two young boys and a wife that don't quite share my love of a little heat.
Aussies do like there chillies and most can grow them for at least the warm season, Some all year.
One of the things I like about chillies is that there is always something new to learn about them.
So here I am.
Regards
Mick
