Pileit, I used to brew, and I do smoke briskets/ribs/butts/chipotles. Since I couldn't brew a decent pilsner in AZ (kept getting bad infections in the laagering stage), I gave it up for something that takes up less space in the garage, costs less, and is safer... roadracing :)
