What really grinds my gears is people that expect rewards, without having to work for them.
 
Just like someone saying "if you promote me, I'll work harder".
 
What a load of B.S, I have earnt everything I have in life, I just don't understand why some people feel they deserve something before they have earnt it.

What really grinds my gears is this new QA guy at work sending more stupid paperwork for us to do. This is the busy season and extra paperwork just bogs down our mojo.Errrrrrrrrrrr micromanagement sucks!!!!
 
T1 lines... ATT service, oh it's raining.. ok internet will go out for days... god I hate them. Got no internet at work, have to hotspot my phone and eat up all my data. Who charges that much for a service that is slower than most cellphones. Gaaaaaaaaa
 
It's starting to connect in and out... but just look at that speed .. just look at it!
 
 
I hate when autospell says I spelled something wrong and offers me a correct replacement. Then when I select it it's still spelled wrong. wtf man. stupid Iphone. Or even worse for the life of me it can't figure out what it is I'm trying to spell.
 
What grinds my gears: Narcissists at work who try to punish me because I was busy working on a project, and couldn't talk to them, so they tried to punish me by blindly transferring a call from a site whose entire EHR database was on the fritz, preventing an entire hospital full of employees from accessing it instead of doing the work themselves...
