Least favorite... Choco Fatalli, no heat or flavor, tasted like a bitter green bell pepper.
I have some seasoning/mild peppers for this year, I want to dry a lot, and stuff some.

Hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to, I would pick the Cayenne for cooking. Did a lot of Creole/Cajun cooking and used a lot of cayenne. I would pick the Jalapeno for using in salads and fajitas.
Least favorite was the Anaheim. No heat and no flavor.
