Just wondering what folks say in different parts of the county/world.

Someone cuts you off in traffic, then flips you the bird. You immediately think, "You ________!!!"

My old go-to is either "shitbag" or "dicknose".

When I have the grandkids I just say "look, another stupid driver. Don't do that when you grow up."
 
Just me or with the wife, it starts out with MotherF@*%er and builds from there.
 
Being that I got a mug only a pitbull could love, if I catch them at  a stoplight I give a good scowl and yell WHAT??!!! real loud. It tends to make the dude sink a little lower in his seat and just stare at the light.
