I'm using a Droid 2, I don't actually have a real camera. Sucks but it's all I have to work with right now. The only time it ever really takes decent pictures is in really bright, full sun about a foot away from whatever I'm taking a picture of. But hey it's pretty good at making phone calls and sending texts at least. :D

Avon - The food looks delicious!

Some of your pics are clear, so it seems it's really a matter of holding the camera steady. If you aren't already doing this, give it a try - make sure your feet are even with the ends of your shoulders, and don't twist or bend your torso. Also, take a breath and hold it before hitting the shutter release.

Avon is ahead of us in tech... he posted in 3-D.

Have three shots of your fav agave tequila... then cross your eyes.

It's there... I swear.

You may have just gotten my vote!

Might want to check back to the BBQ post from V...
Then look at the Fajitas....Just saying is all...

Looking over all these pics, I can hear Barry White. Well...his lesser known Mexican cousin, Barrito "El Bandito" Blanco.

Awwww crap I forgot the meat....

Skirt steak marinated with...

Arbol chiles
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Lime juice
Mex oregano
Olive oil
Ancho chile
Brown sugar

3. A hot pepper ingredient must be used in the salsa and in the main dish. Spice this one up!

Don't know the definition of this one but I would say anything from an Habenero up would count.....Don't know if Jallapenos would...but thats up to the boss....

Anyone keeping track of this one.....Just asking.....

Anything with a measurable SHU rating counts, as far as I know. We've seen some mind-blowing dishes come out in TD's, and TDC using nothing hotter than japs and serranos. You don't have to be a fire-breathing bhu-tard (like many of us, including myself) to be a true chile head!
