What is the best kind if filter or screen to use to filter the pulp after I’ve blended and pushed it thru a colander? The sauce is ok but it still had bits of seed and skin that were small enough to go thru the colander. :D
Glad your better. I work in the local ER. we have had at least 25 people in the last month fall from ladders, some minor injurys some major even two died. I'm glad your one of the lucky ones.
:? In the past few days I’ve been making sauce from habanero peppers. But the mash seems to have lost much of its heat. Sometimes I think it might just be that I’ve lost some of the sensation from my tongue? My wife won’t try any (she’s afraid). I heat them in vinegar until they’re tender...
