Ah, I see.. They are definitely root bound so they are thinking "that's all folks" :)
I'll strip the flowers, buds, and peppers before planting out. Thanks!
Hey guys and gals,
My seedlings I started a couple months ago are flowering and producing peppers under my T8's. Most of my Ajis, my Rocotos, and a few of my superhots have half a dozen flowers and a few peppers popping up. I've been topping all my plants constantly do they are only approx 8"...
My top 5..
Moruga Scorpion
Carolina reaper
Bhut Jolokia Assam strain
Butch T
Jamiacan hot Cocolate
Also have White, Peach, and Chocolate Bhuts, 7 pot Orange/Yellow, Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion, Naga Viper, 7 pot Infinity, and a couple others.... Going to be a busy year!
I agree.... I could trim that one down quite a bit. I had only topped that one once above the sixth "tier" of fan leaves. Believe it or not, the plant in that pic is 10+ months old. I experimented with keeping it root bound to regulate its size just for the heck of it. I then was curious how...
I has completely overlooked dropping the temperature... good call
I had a few plants from last year that I'd kept root bound as an experiment. They stayed quite small so I potted them up and set them on the South window sill to see if they would survive. I'm happy to say they did. They were...
So I went gung-ho a couple months back and planted a bunch of seeds. I knew it was early but has plans to top them to keep them manageable.
Long story short... they are going nuts! I topped them at 6" and then a couple times more. What I have now are some very nice looking 8-10" tall...
I have already have done HPS, MH, CFL grows in many configurations in the past. I am interested in these LEDs specifically. I am aware that drivers etc. will be needed.
Anyone have first hand knowledge using these 100W LEDs? I am interested in depth/spacing requirements for this particular...
Anyone have experience with the single 100W LED's that can tell me how well they work?

I'm not looking to grow full size plants but am hoping they will at least provide 12-18" of penetration.
Stim root being accused as a carcinogen is silly...
Show me something in its MSDS that would show it or it's components are a proven carcinogen (other than the 10 to 40 years of constant lung exposure to silicates (ie. common dust) that they mention)...
I intend to buy a roll of some 36" tall wire fencing with 3 or 4" square holes and make my own cages that will fit on my 5 gallon buckets nicely.
I may even make a few larger ones to cage some plants that I've been topping continuously over the winter. I'm expecting them to be quite top heavy..
