  Not under nourished for sure. I suspect it could be the opposite, that I over-fed with Calcium... I'm more worried about the black spots. That would be it for my season. :(

  It breaks my heart to see them like this. Is there anything I can do to help them recover?

I think the reason could be that I kicked them out too early and they've been cold for too long and they might recover in time. Or they cought something fungal or viral and will die. I would like someone to help me identifying the problem and possible solution if any. Thanks.       Mainly...

They totally recovered after change of soil, fantastic.      New growth, healthy looking foliage, happy as Larry. :)    

Few days after replacing compost and giving them light feed, they are recovering and showing new growth.      Just want to say thank you @evolka and others who contributed. :)

  Multi purpose compost about 60%, 30% perlite and vermiculate and 10% coco coir. 

Btw, most of my plants have no issues and seem healthy and growing. My worry is that this is something spreadable and if so, I'd cull these few to save others if not too late.     Some of my healthy chillies.

  Gotcha, thank you.   I'll check it over the weekend, I have a cheapo pH meter and book of litmus papers and should be able to broadly determine if too high or too low. I also happen to have spare compost, perlite and coco coir so I can mix a new batch.   I really appreciate you time to reply...

  Thanks but I'm baffled by terminology here. What do you mean by 'broken pH' and what is substrate and how do I change it?   Most of my plants are doing well and they are all in the same medium, recently repotted.

  There is enough of multi-purpose compost mixed with coir and perlite in those pots, I don't think that is the case. I'm more inclined to think it's environmental issue, such as (too much) heat, (insufficient) light, overcrowding and not too good ventilation overall. It is what it is and...
