AJ, I think you may be right. Does edema in peppers look like this? ... Doesn't really resemble any type of eggs i've ever seen. I googled it and found out it could be caused by over watering and that might be what is going on here. I'm using a coarse soil that drains very well so if i don't...

Uh oh!? There are bumps under some of the leaves but they dont look like eggs to me.. but dont really know what Im looking for either. Ill have to try to get a pic tomorrow and do some research. Indy

Thanks! Yours are looking great too! Several of us seem to be growing at about the same rate. This one (pictured above) is the only plant with an open flower, but the others arent too far behind. I have six that are all pretty close in terms of growth, and then two that are quite a bit behind. I...

This is the flower after work... I expected to see it all the way open when I got home. Does this look normal (half opened)? Is it possible it opened up during the day and has already started dying off to make way for the pepper? Hopefully the fan (which is on a timer for an hour mid day) did...

I was also wondering what the ideal timeline for starting indoors would be, but realized I'd probably get a different answer from each person... so I decided to experiment myself with my current setup! I started a couple yellow cardi scorps on 11/1/11 and they have been growing like weeds ever...

Id love to get in on this, but my current living situation and space wouldn't allow me to be much of a contributor to this project. it's times like this I wish I lived elsewhere! Good luck on this project! I can't wait to see how this turns out so others in the future could grow these awesome...

Thanks! I'm curious to see what S.S.'s look like, his look to be growing faster than mine. Maybe he's using more nitrogen and I'll get peppers first? We'll see... to be continued Indy
