Chocolate Habs and Douglahs, always good to have some brown varieties. Yellow 7's and yellow Bhuts are fantastic for great heat and flavor. So many great peppers.....and never enough time and space.

Didn't know there were any wet shavers on here. I've been collecting,restoring, and using straights and the occasional DE for about 6 years now and wouldn't shave any other way! Enjoy that Clauss, I had a 13/16ths round point that was a fantastic shaver, passed it on to a good friend.

Usually a cup of Peets or Kicking Horse in the morning, dark roasts, cream and sugar always. Iced coffee when it gets hot. Bourbon and scotch neat. Beers....porters,stouts,Russian Imperial Stouts,bocks,dopplebocks,ESB's, and NO IPA's with the exception of a decent Baltic IPA. I will drink an...
