haha, yea, I'm planning on brining and smoking it. Not sure if I need to cure it like ham, or just to treat it like I would a picnic shoulder. It's smaller than I thought it would be, not enormous like ham as I know it

I personally have never cooked pig but I have eaten wild pig before. That stuff is awesome!

It being small is a good thing IMO.

It's weird. My buddy called it a ham, but its slightly bigger than my calf. Like if you cut my leg off at the knee and ankle and served the rest
