    Thanks salsalady - Was away on a little vaca for the fourth - my sauce got rated by the public (both in a breakroom and at two fourth events) at a 7/10 by the normal people lol.      dub_sauces nice one! yeah the aromatics of the zest are something im interested in. thanks!
