can someone please help me identify the variety of these peppers.
My neighbor gave me some pods early last year from which harvested the seeds and grew my own plant.
he says that it is from colombia but does not know the exact variety.
It is pretty good, gives good amount of heat. I was unable to bring out enough of kaffir lime and lemon grass flavor into the sauce. Next time I would increase those in quantity.
I have harvested fresh hungarian hot wax peppers . The total weight is 3.2 lbs. They are good for pickling and roasting.
