I have never smoked before and need some tips for smoking some ribs on my gas grill. I know the how to set up the wood chips but need some tips for rubs and cooking times or if I need to precook the ribs at all?

I wanted to pull out my dehydrator to start dehydrating some peppers but I can only dehydrate outside for obvious reasons and it's 90f out and 110F with humidity. Will it still work ok?

I noticed this soft spot on one of my orange bells. What could this be?

I was wondering if all the cardi's you guys are growing are huge? Almost all mine are larger than a golf ball.

The wierd thing is that these were taken from 2 plants and the rest of the peppers on the plants are true looking bhuts.

My bonda ma jaques and chocolate hab have quite a few pods on them but the pods aren't getting very big. My brain strains, douglahs,scorpions and bhuts seem to be growing way faster. They have been fed the same and are in the same spot. I can't figure it out.
