    Your correct, your not going to have a pleasure with hot filling PET bottles at 209. We actually bottle a lot in the 50 ml (the actual liquor industry bottles), we had to work with some customers to adjust their ph so we didn't have to hot fill. We had a problem with just touching these things...

    labels Problems with bubble in hand applied labels

    More then likely, if it's not the way you apply them, it's the glue adhesive you are using, One customer sent us labels before where when the label was applied to a hot bottle, bubbles formed on the label, due to the glue make up.

    As they all said before, its just a simple seperation of the pepper liquid and your other ingredients such as vinegar. When/if you use xantham gum, as I tell all people use it wisely and very very little. A pinch can go a long way.

    Something very illegal and not at all do I recommend it, but I knew a company that we manufacturered, when he went of business 1 thing he told me was that he never ever registered or payed for his trademark symbol. He basically said he put it up there to scare anyone lol.
