    Freezing Peppers Before Making Sauce

    I always freeze my peppers, and do a lot of hot sauces, never had anyone complain. They do get soft but that ain't a problem for hot sauce making.   My advice, keep some in the fridge if you want some power poppers or make some recipes with them, the rest you freeze!

    Well on my end i'm looking forward to growing those:   Aribibi Gusano Brown Moruga Scorpion 7pot Brain Strain Rocoto   and the Beaver Dam in the really mild ones!

    I personally double the cups, first one has a hole, the other not. So when i water them i pour water in the second one and the plant sucks it up so to speak. Works great, just don't put water everyday, let them dry!

    Yeah they do have a Thai look to them but way bigger! Except that from what i've seen Tiger Teeth aren't growing upwards! Still looking!
