    hot-sauce Sriracha Hot Sauce

    Just opened a new bottle of Sriracha to add to my scrambled eggs and noticed a difference in the color. Was more orange like Buffalo sauce and deff more garlicy (not that i'm complaining) also the heat is a little a down. Anyone else experience this? Anyhoo still tore it up!

    Its Hot out here!

    My Peps have been on injured reserve in this heat wave. All of my other veggies are suffering too. I'm trying to fill a new pool and water at night. My well pump has got to be screaming for some relief! Anyone else have any problems or heat related issues?

    misc Dehydrating Peppers.

    I am in the process of Drying my Peppers in a Dehydrator. I hear of talk here about "Gassing the House" when cooking Peps for sauce. Will I experience the same with drying so many? Should I dry in the basement? I have 4 full racks of different heat ranges.

    Hello from the garden state

    Not to sound cliche. WHATS HOT. Just kidding. Anyway. I would like to say hello to all. I joined this forum to gain some knowledge on all peppers. I grow my own organically. Currently I have 9 diff pepper plants growing in the garden this year and hope to save many for sauces and pickling.
