      It was really good, if I do say so myself.  :D       Yeah, it was my recipe.  The lime added a nice touch of citrus.  It was a bit different.     Half chicken breast with bone and skin.  Organic because Publix has a nice sale going on. Yep.  Skin and bone.   Thanks!

    I created a Lime Teriyaki marinade today. Tested it for pH, input it into a recipe template and did the nutritional analysis for it. That's all lab work. Then I cooked it on the BGE using some mesquite wood in the charcoal. The result is even better.

      Yeah it is.  I just got it - it's 15 gallons.  Pictured below.   I can get 40 pounds of mash for $70+shipping from LAPX.  If I go commercial, then I'd rather just get the mash from them, I think.  Vinegar and the other stuff to make the sauce is not that expensive.  I have a label printer...

    I get a wholesale price because I've done biz with them before...let's just say it's under $2.00 for a case.  That doesn't include the caps or shipping.  I'm close enough that I don't mind the hour or so drive to pick them up.

        I started a batch today and I kept it kind rather simple.     I used 64 ounces of Key Lime Juice. 7.5 ounces of pickling salt 1.5 ounces of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar w/Mother (as the starter)   We'll see what happens!
