Pull them and hang them in the basement. Many of the pods will ripen for you in a few weeks or so.

Nice man. Tasty pods. I have a stash in the freezer. Buddy tried to grow some this spring but they didn't germinate. Might be from the freezing or else he didn't try hard enough. I'll give it a go next spring.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.    The peppers were not washed. There is what looks like hard water residue on them along with some spider webs and 1 dead spider.   I'll see what the seller thinks about the condition of these.
