I got myself some 2Hot rocoto pepper sauce. I bought the red and yellow varieties. These are pure-pulp sauces. No vinegar.

I didn't think much of these. I'd say they're about as hot as Crystal. And they don't seem to have much flavor. Not sweet. Not fruity. I was disappointed, because everyone says rocotos are so great.

I have to disagree with you. I have tried several times before. I would have to agree with you on the 2 hot yellow though not on the 2 hot red it always gets me in the back of the throat and it lasts quite awhile. It just takes sometime to get used to it.
