3 Nights, 3 Sauces

Starting tonight with the First sauce featuring pods from romy6 and SoCalChilihead:

And the third night featuring pods from Publix (hahahahaha, yukyukyuk, coughcoughcough) :crazy:
This is my most requested sauce and actually the first fermented one I ever made. This time though the pods were smoked for 4 hours over some nice apple wood.

Thank you, it was late, meaning after 1:00 am when I finished processing so I havent really given it a good taste test but I can say that the drop that splashed on my finger was both hot and amazing.

RPM - I let it go for 30 days exactly. I usually go 45 but I have to get some in the mail so it arrives before Thanksgiving.

Stay tuned for Night 2 tonight. I took last night off, it was a really busy day :)
 
Night 2 SRB, Seriously Righteous Burn in pictorial review

I've had some comments as to why I don't do more Rocket and Missle related naming of sauces. In Rocket terms an SRB is a Solid Rocket Booster well, SRB is still a Booster but this one will boost the enjoyment of your meal.
